A special discounted FIXED
RECRUITMENT FEE has been agreed between FLB and WTIA on
behalf of all WTIA Company Members. This fee is fixed irrespective
of annual salary package of any placed candidate.
The FLB
agreed flat fee to WTIA Member Companies for 2008/2009 applies to
each employee placed by FLB with volume discounts for
multi-person placements.

This fixed fee is payable in three stages
as follows:
Deposit per person on Order Acceptance ............ 20%
At Offer of Employment/Visa submission stage .... 30%
Balance due on personnel arrival in Australia
.... 50%
If
a WTIA Company Member does not have an International employer
Sponsorship Agreement approved by the Department of
Immigration and Citizenship, then FLB
can facilitate member's application for a fixed fee of AUS$500 per company.
FLB Australia works with WTIA Company Members to assess and select
top quality welding personnel from the Philippines for
placement into Australia.
